Hiya I am a happy woman who lives with the loves of my life my incredible teenage son and husband/best friend in the Redwoods on the California North Coast....Though I have always been overweight my weight gain became life threatening after i quit smoking 6.9 years ago.......gaining another 100lbs on top of my already obese body. I have in the last 7 months lost that 100 lbs by means of restrictive surgery VSG and being on a low carb high protein diet......its worked well but plateause happen ...

I have in the last 7 months lost that 100 lbs by means of restrictive surgery VSG and being on a low carb high protein diet......its worked well but plateause happen and here I am trying to get the second half off as nicely as the first....LOL just isnt happening the weight loss has slowed dramatically. I am just a girl trying to get to my goals so i can make some new ones and I am going to scan this site for insite and support to make my goals my reality.
