Spring 5% Challenge

Exercise plan: Running goal this year is to increase speed. Restarted C25K program. Continue the program 3 days a week. Workout videos everyday after work.

Nutrition plan: Continue getting in all my water; stay within range & follow the carb cycle.

Great job this week! It's amazing what sticking to your plan will do, lol! Thanks for your encouragement, I've super proud of myself, and how I've been handling things lately. I plan on weighing at the end of the month, and I'm actually looking forward to it. NEVER thought I'd say that! Here's to another great week for both of us!
