To lose 30lbs (AT THE LEAST.. I really want to lose about 50lbs), my DOUBLE CHIN & so I can live a healthy life. ------------------------ I want to get into single digit pants!! I want to be able to do 25 pushups without stopping!! I want to be able to do 1 pull up!!
