My Goals:
- Lose 45 pounds by October 2013

- Continue to workout 5 days a week

My Program:
I try to get more than 30 minutes of exercise a day. I also have cut out breads and flour products. Steel cut oatmeal is a staple and it is probably my favourite thing to eat!

Personal Information:
I was born in Argentina, but raised in Canada. I am now completing a PhD at Emory University. I have lived in a number of different countries and I love to travel.

Other Information:
I love films and going to the movies. My research area is in Latin American film.

Hey! I don't go to Zumba class anywhere yet. My hairdresser has recommended the place where she goes. I just got to get there, which I will. It's a toss up bc tues night is trivia as well. Both are west of the city. emoticon
