    This 'Fitness Minute' thing is so weird. I guess it's oriented to endurance cardio, which isn't something I practice. Like you, I do lots of ST work and I also practice loads of hot power yoga. I bet if you tracked your workouts on SP the numbers would be astounding, and even more astounding in the fact that your exercise regime, like mine, is not cardio oriented!
