Spring is in the air!

Diet:
- between 1220 and 1350 calories daily
- Mediterranean whole foods diet, heavy in greens/vegetables, legumes, whole grains, fruit, low fat dairy. Light in nuts, fish, poultry, oils, processed foods.
- intermittent fasting schedule: 8 hour eating window (noon - 8pm)

Exercise:
- sport: Street Workout
- 5 days of heavy calisthenics and weight lifting / week
- HIIT cardio 2-4 times/week

Supplements:
- daily ...

Thank you for adding me as a SparkFriend. I added you right back. I love your SparkPage. Yeah! Muscle Ups are something I hope to get fit enough to add to my schedule some day.

If Ernestine Shepherd and Jacinto Bonilla who are in their 70s' can add this to their workouts, we surely should reach out and strive for this.

This 'Fitness Minute' thing is so weird. I guess it's oriented to endurance cardio, which isn't something I practice. Like you, I do lots of ST work and I also practice loads of hot power yoga. I bet if you tracked your workouts on SP the numbers would be astounding, and even more astounding in the fact that your exercise regime, like mine, is not cardio oriented!
