Spring is in the air!

Diet:
- between 1220 and 1350 calories daily
- Mediterranean whole foods diet, heavy in greens/vegetables, legumes, whole grains, fruit, low fat dairy. Light in nuts, fish, poultry, oils, processed foods.
- intermittent fasting schedule: 8 hour eating window (noon - 8pm)

Exercise:
- sport: Street Workout
- 5 days of heavy calisthenics and weight lifting / week
- HIIT cardio 2-4 times/week

Supplements:
- daily ...

Thank you so much for your confidence and encouragement!! HUGE help that is. I'm finding I can do more than I thought I could. If I have one hand on the hem of my shorts, I can do 25 sit ups in the minute. If both arms are in front of me, I can do it as well. But for the test my hands have to stay on the back of my head, and elbows back. I agree with you, though, that with determination and work, i can get it.

Do you have any pointers?
