My Goals:
Just finished a food study on the effects of a whole wheat diet on weight, waist and healthy markers - in 12 weeks I lost 13 lbs and 3 inches in my waist! Now I am trying this on my own to keep the process going.

My Program:
1600 calories
6-8 Servings of Whole Wheat daily
30% Fat
18% Protein
52% Carb
