Be a 139 Pound Naturally Thin Runner

My approach to being Naturally Thin for the rest of my life is to:

If I'm not hungry I don't eat.
I wait till I'm REALLY hungry to eat.
If I'm hungry I eat what my body wants slowly with attention.
I stop eating when my body is comfortable/satisfied (not full).
I eat what my body actually wants and leave, save, or throw out the rest.
I run daily.
