Off and running again :-)

I'm Natalie and I have just a few pounds to lose, but those seem to be the hardest. Hopefully my love of running can overcome my love of baking cookies :-)

Hi Nat,

Thanks for your comment on my “Official Fitness Test” blog. My ankle has healed nicely. I think bike riding has strengthened the ankle.

Thanks, Bruce

Thanks. I'm still trying to figure out how it all works even though I've been using spark for years. I just recently decided to take advantage of the calorie/fitness trackers so I'm still learning. :)

See, I went to look at my workout favorites to get the exact name of the program I'm doing but didn't list it properly. I will have to check when I get home. (At work now) But it's a two part DVD. It has an upper body with weights and then the second part (if you choose to do it), has more weight work that focuses on lower body as well. And then there are three floor exercises for abs. It's about 40-45 minutes long. It's not a big deal on the calorie expenditure, I was just curious a round about # for my height, weight and age just to be informed. I appreciate you taking the time to try to help. emoticon
