Off and running again :-)

I'm Natalie and I have just a few pounds to lose, but those seem to be the hardest. Hopefully my love of running can overcome my love of baking cookies :-)

They can't hold me down ha ha. Even if it's hard sometimes I have to get out and do things. I will not stay in my home and feel sorry for myself cause I had a stroke and give up. The med professionals tell me the miles of walking and the water aerobics and other exercises before my Oct 31 stroke helped me to get back what I have. I could have been worse off or dead if I hadn't been dong things. So I tell people to do what they are doing, or can do, not just for the results now but who knows what is down the road. I have a camera that I bought at Wal-mart for I think about $200 that has a 21 zoom that takes good pics even when I'm further away.; I love it!

Hi Nat,

Thanks for dropping by my “No Name Trail” blog. I have been riding mountain bikes for 28 years. My Memorial Day ride was the first time another mountain biker swore at me. No Name trail is a great resource. I also have Mangled Mountain bike trail that I built last year on my property that I use for testing modifications to my bikes and building skills.

I think that the trails were so crowded on Memorial Day that people were on edge.

Thanks, Bruce

Hi Nat,

Thanks for your nice comment on my “Little Stumpy is Done” blog. Little Stumpy looks new and feels better than new. Little Stumpy has always been a favorite.

I was pretty shocked when I was cussed-out by a young woman on a mountain bike. I have noticed on crowded trails that some people get mad that there are other mountain bikers on “their” trails.

Thanks, Bruce
