Off and running again :-)

I'm Natalie and I have just a few pounds to lose, but those seem to be the hardest. Hopefully my love of running can overcome my love of baking cookies :-)

Tai Chi is fun, I LOVE it. I have a way to go to learn the 108 moves, but am looking forward to when I can look like those people in the park in the morning, doing Tai Chi to get ready for their day :)

My race went well today, my first sub-30 minutes in a while, 29:59 according to the official race results. DH PR'd, he has been on the edge of getting faster for a while, it came together today.

What's new with you?

Thank you for stopping by. It is hard to believe that I have been raising and releasing butterflies for over five years now!

Thanks for the race cheers !!

Scuba diving, could have been fun, dangerous for me, and, as Dee commented, there are other worlds.

I am learning Tai Chi with my sister, she is a 4 year veteran, I am learning the 108 moves, its fun and relaxing and good for circulation, stretching and posture.
