A Fresh Start
I'm Nat, an 18-year-old Aussie about to start B Laws/Arts at university. I'm 175 cm tall (5'9) and currently weigh 79 kg (174 lbs). I've been putting on weight steadily for the past three years, despite my fairly active lifestyle with basketball. So, now I've decided to eat better and get fitter. I joined SP in December 2010, and I've already lost 9 kg (20 lbs). I'd like to get myself down to 70 kg (154 lbs), then decide whether I want to lose any more weight. In the meantime, ...

I've been putting on weight steadily for the past three years, despite my fairly active lifestyle with basketball. So, now I've decided to eat better and get fitter. I joined SP in December 2010, and I've already lost 9 kg (20 lbs). I'd like to get myself down to 70 kg (154 lbs), then decide whether I want to lose any more weight. In the meantime, I'll be tracking my food, counting my calories, and working out more at the gym. It'll be hard, especially after university goes back, but with some time, perserverance and effort, I'll get there eventually.

My Goals:
Goals: 1. To achieve an "average" BMI score of under 25. (currently 25.8) 2. To reach target weight of 70 kg. (currently 78.5 kg) 3. To be able to wear a bikini on my June 2012 cruise. 4. To be able to run 5 km.
My Program:
1. Eating between 1200-1500 calories daily. 2. Exercising at least for one hour daily, burning over 217 calories. 3. Tracking all food and exercise with SP. 4. Allowing for moderation and flexibility, taking one day at a time! :)
