My Goals:
My overall weightloss goal is: 100 lbs.
1. Exercise every day Mon-Fri with my daughter.
2. No pop except on Sundays.
3. No candy except on Sundays.
4. Keep a food journal every day.
5. Blog, Blog, Blog, Blog...it seems to help with stress
6. Find me again

My Program:
bicycle 20 minutes to start then adding 5 minutes each week until I reach 60 minutes.
Drink lots and lots of water and track it.
LImit carbs and track any and all food intake.


Personal Information:
Mother of six; Grandmother of four.

Other Information:
Never want a year like 2012 again!
