Since a child I was always inactive, the last one picked to be on a team and just plain lazy. 2 years ago I had a splenic cyst burst landing me in the hospital for a week. From then on I learned how to count calories, creating different work out programs for myself and just plain pushing it beyond any limits I think my body has. When I began this I could barely run 500 m ... 2 weeks ago I finished my first half marathon.

Just checking to see how your weekend is going. I'm thinking about you and hope all is going well...

I was still thinking about the resources you could access, if you wanted. On the Moderation Team you could discuss your weekend calorie intake on the "What Did You Do Right" Thread - to keep your focus on the positive steps you took towards meeting your goal.

I did some more checking around the SP site to see what some of the other resources that were available that would directly address your challenge. (Again, I can't post a link, but you can cut and paste - if you're interested.)

Yup, I feel your pain. Have you tried looking into SP's Smart Portion Control Tips and Recipes? Maybe there's something there that can help you out.

Weekends are harder, and you should be gentle with yourself. Allow, and maybe even plan, for some slippage. That way, you may not feel as confined with your eating.
