-Complete a 10k (Aug 19, 2012) did not run fell ill for nearly a month will complete 2013 -Obtain my (PT) Personal Trainer Certification (by Sept1, 2012) Still working on it due to being sick now APR 2013 - Am now back in school Graduate November, 2013 (Health and Wellness here I come! -Volunteer more -Run 6 races
To Keep Stamina up with daily cardio including but not limited to: walking everyday, Run every other day. Elliptical trainer and stationary bike. In addition to the cardio I have incorporated strength training to my workout 4x a week. The key is to keep it fun and interesting...
Have also taken up running which seems to be my new passion
