MORE FINER THAN EVER
There have been many attempts of my weight loss.It took the "I can't do this anymore!" to decide to do something about it! I am well on my way to a better me... I am in my 30's and this is the highest weight for me!Totally have had it!I am not slugging it around anymore! My petite frame is dropping the dead weight. Update: The weight is coming down:)People are starting ask me am I losing weight. That is great to hear, but I have a lot more to go until I reach my goal. ...

My friend Catrice and I are starting to walk together this week 4/14/10. She encourages me and I will do the same for her. She has maintained her weight (from 180-126 5ft3 in or4) for about 3 years now. I was her weight 6 years ago.Wow!.Now she going to help me reach my 1st goal of 130 by July.My ultimate goal is 125-120. I am hoping I will be able to maintain. I will see when the time approaches. I am feeling really energetic with this warm weather. I would also like to start runnning soon. Let's do it! I weighed in @ 142.5 the week after my graduation. I picked up 2lbs by New Years! Now @ 144.5. time to get the 14-15 lbs off now!Ready to move it!I stayed @141 form Feb 16 til March 5th. Time to dedicate timeand energy to getting lst 9 lbs off. I notice I am starting to look skinny fat. TONE! TONE !TONE! When I started losing I was seeing muscles.
