I have struggled with being overweight my whole life and have not had a very good outlook on it from the beginning. I am finally at a point where I believe I have the most control over my life and am ready to change. I am confident in myself and I am done being ashamed of my weight. That sounds like fun. I love to walk. but not so much by myself. I do strength training, but i don't like it much lol. but i know its necessary. I like kickboxing and dance cardio workouts as well. it a fun way to get up and move.
