Fit for life!
So, I have been trying to bet back in shape....again...pretty much every winter I pack on the pounds, but then come spring I get back into shape....usually pretty quickly....BUT this year it wasnt so easy and its August and im still 25-30 pounds over weight....to top it all off I just got back from a 4 week holiday where I did nothing but eat eat and EAT....and now I cant seam to get out of vacation mode!!! I have a few races coming up that will hopefully keep me on track , my ...

I have a few races coming up that will hopefully keep me on track , my short term goal is to be in race shape for Melissas road race in Banff (10K) on sept 26th!! Maybe this will help get me started and hopefully keep me in shape year round, no more winter weight gain!! well...here it goes...
