STARTING February at 141.9 .
Goal-137.5 -139.1(the lowest)

UPDATE(november 09) :
So its been over 6 months since I had my son and I have lost a total of 40 lbs .I am 10 lbs below my pre pregnancy weight but am now working on losing the last few pounds. (3-5 lbs) and my goal is to get back to the gym and start building more muscle.I have been able to walk with our little one and my diet has been in check .I try to eat 80 -90 % clean during the day and enjoy a low fat desert if I feel like it in the evening.
I have also noticed that my right arm is nice and toned from carrying the baby which I love.Since the weather is becoming more of a winter weather here in California(more rain ) Now its time to get back to 24 hour fitness and join some circuit training and weight training classes.

3-31-09 Dominic finally arrived ,after almost 42 long weeks of pregnancy ! He is a very calm and happy boy which we are thankful for.
I have gained a total of 30 lbs during my pregnancy reaching 179-180 lbs.I am currently at 164.5 as of April 3rd 2009.

My focus is my family first and fueling my body properly in order to be able to nurse our son and have enough energy for workouts-while trying to lose weight.While I only have 1 more pound to lose in order to get down to my pre-pregnancy weight I have decided to surpass my goal of breaking into 140's by our anniversary -Now ITS ON !!!!

I am planning on listening to my body and recovering first,and when Im ready -reintroducing myself to exercise again.
I know I can do this and I will !
It's still a little to early to be speaking about weight loss goals as breastfeeding and nourishing both mine and my baby's body is the priority right now.
However,our 4 year wedding anniversary is approaching June 11th and by than I would love to loose a few lbs.I think getting to 150's is my goal by than ,just to be safe.Thats only 4.5 lbs which is not bad for 3 months.
My pre-pregnancy weight is 150 and I would love to reach that by September 09 -My 25th Bday and hopefully by summer 2010 I would like to get down to my weight before I joined spark

I am very exited to have learned all that I have learned and to be able to say that Im sure I will stay active as long as I will physically be able to during this pregnancy and I am certain of my food choices and very exited that I can choose to eat CLEAN .
I am happy person by nature,I love reading books and articles about health,clean eating, nutrition, fitness, inspiration ,faith...

Right now taking it easier and doing walks (40-50 min fast walks ) every am and am doing 2 weight training sessions with my trainer.

do you ahve any weight loss tips for college students on the meal plan and living in the dorms? i just have a mini fridge and a microwave. :( the meal plan is all fast food. No grilled chicken, veggies, or fish.
