Time 2 Lose, Hi Meltin family!!

A friend (slowly shrinking) suggested the website and I'm glad she did. I really like all it has to offer. I was looking for a place to keep track of calories and get an idea of what and how much I should eat and still meet my goals.

My Goals:
I started at 156 lbs and am hoping to reach my goal weight of 130 by Aug 31/07

today is Sept 15/07 my current weight is 153. the summer has come and gone and I am ready to get back in the losing mode.

my new goal is to be at goal weight by jan 10/08. My 38th birthday. :)

My Program:
Lift weights 3x/week.
do a yoga class 1-2x/wk.
My current cardio goal is to burn 560 calories a week.

Personal Information:
I'm 37 and a single mom of two wonderful little boys, ages 7 and 9.

Other Information:
life is precious.. make each day count.
