My reason for living...
Hi there, my name is Natalie. At first I was just being nosey up in here, but now I'm so happy that I joined. Like so many other moms in here, I also did the gain and never loose limbo. I have 3 kids and I'm sad to say that I gained like 90 lbs through my pregnancies. I had 3 c-sections, and with the stress of work and kids, and just everyday life, I just let myself go. I mean REALY go..lol. Now I can't believe what I did to myself. I look at before pics and just cry sometimes. I don't even look like myself anymore. So hopefully this will help me try and get back on track, for my hubby, for my kids, for my health ( IR, pre-diabetic, PCOS, Hypothyroidizm, Low progesterone)....for ME..It's my time to shine..Here I come..!!
My main goal is to better my health
( pre diabetes & PCOS). To look in the mirror and LIKE what I see. To not have to buy clothes in the ever embaracing PLUS size section. To not put off seeing High School friends because I feel fat and ugly,. To have more confidence. To be HAPPY!!!.
1) sticking to my magic number of no more than 1,500 calories a day for a 2 lb a week weight loss.
2) eating smarter
3) making better healthy food choices,
4) drinking at least 10 glasses of water a day

It's really not that hard to follow, you just need to make sure you to read up on what is allowed, go shopping and plan your meals. The main idea of the diet is to eat healthy carbs and to be well-balanced. The first two weeks are a detox though, and there are no carbs of sugars, including fruit. Hard for the first few days, but I'm pretty well adjusted now. The good thing about the first two weeks is that you will lose weight rapidly. I've been dropping a pound a day!

Hey! SB is going okay, it's only my third day, but I have lost a couple pounds. It's an adjustment for sure, though! I've been getting up early to make sure I get my lunch for work ready, because there isn't a whole lot you can pick up on the fly that will be filling and good. We're going to start a weight loss challenge at work, so hopefully that will help motivate me!

Yeah, way cheaper! The new one is $50 per month, plus the enrollment fees. At the older one they were having a sale. I paid $200 up front, and that covered my whole year, no monthly charges.
As far as going after work, the best way I found to do it is not to even think about it, just go! If I think too long about it, I won't want to go at all.
