Nat Again!

Oh it's SO old...."I want to loose weight!" I'm so tired of saying it and I just need to do it. I used to be thin, I used to be active, I used to be a lot of things. I want to be me again.
I've been on and off Spark, but I'm on and I'm doing it! I'm over half way through my journey to loose 100 pounds and get healthy.

I'm running every other day, trying to add distance and increase me pace each week.
I do strength training videos and use my Nordic track in between runs.
Finding wonderful hikes in my beautiful Oregon!

Personal Information:
I'm a 46 year old mom who needs to get healthy! I'd like to enjoy the second half of my life in an active way. I have three kids, a man/boy-23, another boy/man 21 and a ballerina who is 16 and just left home to dance full time.
I'm kind of an empty nester. So if my kids don't need me right now, I need ME!

Hi, sorry it's been a little bit.
I am not doing very good at the kettlebell routine. I need some more motivation as well as a better memory. I have to put the kettlebell so I trip right over it. I did do it for today though and will keep trying to get it in regular. It could be that I am too close to my goal but I keep going up and my measurements are going up too. So I am doing the "I don't care where I am as long as I keep moving thing" I am trying to do the kettlebell Mon, Wed and Fri with some free weights too, while I at work. Tues and Sun are free day, I do what ever I feel like. Thurs and Sat I try to go dancing.
