And I'm Feelin....Good!

In short, I'm a Sophomore in college with aspirations of molding my body to the "perfect" measurements of 34-24-34.

Since high school, my weight has been ranging between 130 and 145, which is considered to be normal for my 5'9 height according to the BMI standards .

With Spark People I lost 14 pounds in 7 months and it's been a breeze! I ate as much as I wanted and didn't even move my finger!

Nutrition

Salads, fruits, whole grains and seafood. Cooked meals consisting of natural and simple ingredients. Every once in a while I love to spoil myself with a tasty treat, but it must be healthyyyyyy =D

You're doing SO awesome! I apologize I thought I'd have internet while away but it just didn't work out that way! I have finally made it back home and am excited to get back into the groove of things. How have you been? Your ticker keeps dipping... that's fantastic!!

Thanks for the goodie! I wish it was a motivation problem of going to the gym but I have been working such long hours I miss all the classes I usually go to, the gym is closing, and I am so tired it's about time for bed! It will only be for like a month though so I am just trying to make healthy food choices and do things like take the stairs, get up and walk around the office, etc. Hope everything is good with you :)

Hello there! Thank you for the post on my page. I am doing ok. I have been working my butt off I know that!! :) I keep hoovering at the same place though going up and down a couple of pounds. Discouraging!!!
