Hi everyone, my name is narrine and I am 33 years old, I am also a proud mother of two wonderful kids. I have been struggling with weight loss since my first child who is 17 years old now. I am currently 194 lbs and hoping to reach my target of 144 lbs , I know it will take hard work and dedication so I am willing to give it a try. I hope to make some new friends soon. My Goals:
My goal is to loose weight and live a healthy and happy lifestyle with my hubby our kids and hopefully grandkids. I am just getting started, but I am in it for the long run.

My Program:
For starters I am changing my eating habbit, that mean eating healthy,working out at the gymat least three times per week, taking the stairs instead of the elevators more often and joining some of the community challenges.
