The elliptical?! Ha! I couldn't even push down once! So that's the end of that for the time being! I went back to the recumbent bicycle and pedaled for ten minutes before doing the other exercises! This time, I pedaled with enough energy (I'd guess you say) that the machine didn't pause every few seconds! The PT still set a timer rather than use the one on the machine!
Hi! The other problem with water aerobics was that it was near to impossible to wash off the smell of chlorine! One of these days, i might try it again. I am going to try the elliptical at the PT's tomorrow! I read that using that is a little less stressful on your feet and knees.
I think it is great that you are working on getting the callouses back so you can play guitar with others. And making music with others is about as good as it gets. I certainly need a music group to play with. Or just to jam with. 16 days ago
