Narimea's Journy to trim

Sometimes looking back I get discouraged. I have been a member of SparPeople since 2007. I have seemed to make little progress. At this time I am reinventing my Sparkpeople life style. Each day I plan to track my food and exercise. I have reset my goals. Most are a change in lifestyle rather than a certain amount of pounds to lose. With a healthier life style I hope to lose some weight by my nephew's wedding in Oct. This time I willl be more fit and trime by teh end of 2012.

My Goals:
My goals are 1. eat healthy,2 exercise 5x per week,plan menu and eat only the foods I plan for each day. Trying to avoid evening snacking)

My Program:
Each Thursday plan my menu following Spark People's diet as a guide.
Wed and Fri. use machines at gym
Mon and Thurs and Sat. water aerobics.

Tues and Sun open choice are rest days.
No eating after dinner

Personal Information:
I moved from WI to AZ three years ago. I live in the Phoenix area and just love it. I live in an RV resort with 2 swimming pools and exercise rooms so I have no excuse not to exercise. I also enjoy hiking. I stick to easy trails.
