My Program:
1. Walk/Jog everyday 40' at least (4 kms)
2. Follow my vegetarian diet (I'm following SparkP nutritional plan, because it is well balanced)
3. Working a lot (it prevents me from eating)
4. Meditation everyday (it helps me stay relaxed, eliminate anxiety, which is a major problem for me)
5. Surya Namaskar and a 30 min Asanas (I'm still trying to accomplish this, to built consistency).
6. Drinking a lot of water
7. Being thankful to whatever I have and praying to God everyday, in my non-religional way.
8. Learning, reading, sharing, communicating with people from Spark as well as people around me.

Donde estás? Parece que has desaparecida. En escribir el último blog veo que tienes mucho estrés en la vida, muchas cosas difíciles pasando en en este tiempo. Ay yay yay, desde alegría hasta desaliento...así es la vida en este mundo de dualidad.

Creo que el yoga me rescató. Así, si eres estudiante de Swami Sivananda, somos parientes, primas! jajaja

Sabes que voy a Sud America por el verano! Me quedo en Ecuador, viajando a Bolivia si haya la oportunidad. Lástima que no puedo conocerte durante el viaje! Pero con el tamaño de sud america, no es tán fácil viajar a muchos paises (como los EEUU).
