I have lost almost 80 lbs to date !!
As of right now, I am 192, and I feel so much better than the extra eighty pounds that I was lugging around . Well I am still chugging on trying to lose the rest of this weight off. Thanks to sparkpeople on making my weight loss journey so much easier.

My Program:
Right now I'm doing wokout videos. I just started Turbo Jam.I mix it in with The Biggest Loser, Bob Harper, and Jillian Micheals. At my 70 pound mark I hope to graduate to Turbo Fire and P90 maybe Insanity. And I also hope to take up running when I get a little lighter.

I am originally form Montreal, Quebec with Jamaican heritage, but now currently residing in Maryland. I am married with one step daughter.
Other Information:
I am a bookworm mostly reading horror sprinkled in with some mystery. Right now my favorite authors is Laurell K. Hamilton and Charlaine Harris. I am also currently into the series True Blood, and I am kind of an anime fan, I loovee Bleach. I am and R&B fan,and my fave singer is Mary J. Blige.
