Song in motion...

I am a married 30 something who is trying to get healthier and live healthier. I have issues in losing weight between migraines and dealing with chronic pain. I am the mother of an infant and want to be a positive role model for him, while being healthy for me.

I am tired of feeling "blah" and am working to do something about it. Through a combination of walking, fitness videos (bellydancing and balance ball), as well as other exercises, I plan a stronger me.

My Goals:
My goal first and foremost is to be healthy. I am trying to keep my weight in check while raising our first child. Between various health issues, it has been hard to keep my weight down, but I know with support, I can do it.

My Program:
Walking 30 minutes a day. Walking the dogs. Alternating videos on various days for additional cardio and adding in weights on opposite days. Want to add in time at the gym, since the small being is now old enough to go to the child care there.

Personal Information:
A married 30 something, who enjoys many activities, from reading and sewing, to hiking and looking into running.

Other Information:
My main goal is to be healthier through all of my actions, in thought, mind and spirit.
