Trying for 2nd level dressage. The horse can do it, but is being held back by my lack of fitness. I just started with Yoga classes 3-4 times week. I joined the local gym with a friend about 1 yr ago. It was all we could do to put in a 30 minute walk on the treadmill. Then we tackled spin class. Man, that was hard, and is still quite a challenge. Next thing I know we are doing an Indoor tri. Who would have thought. Then came my first 5K, then my 2nd, and the 3rd is this weekend. Then ...

Still haven't decided what to wear. That is what makes it fun. check out my before and after pictures. I need to put up new one's for Justin (the horse). He is looking better also.
