After the first time with WW, when I became a "free" lifetime member ,I was never able to maintain success with WW again. I think perhaps it was the instructor rather than the program that worked for me the first time. It has changed SO much since those days. I know it is a great program..but I am not inclined to go back.

A gym is not a practical choice for me at this time. I am t rying to "get back on the wagon" with T-Tapp...I really like this program. I just need to get regular again. I quit during the mowing season and have not gotten back into a good routine. NO good excuse! Though I have been on a hectic schedule.

Anyway, I am trying to get myself going again. Something that has worked for me in the past has been to join (or accept) a challenge...usually on.one of the teams. You might find that to be very helpful.

You also might find it good to have a SparkBuddy...someone to keep in touch with as you work your way through this journey.

After I posted on your blog, I visited your SP page. I hadn't realized how recently you had joined SP. I weigh almost exactly what you do..and while yrs ago WW put my goal at 137, I really just want to get down to what I weighed when I got married (38 yrs ago) at around 150.
