My Goals:
Be healthy, be happy, never be bored. For September: EAT - Six servings of vegetables a day. Stay within my calorie range. Focus on clean/whole foods. MOVE - Walk the dog, workout, and stretch every day. Transition to two workouts per day. BE HAPPY - Journal or blog and participate on SparkPeople.com every day. Long Term Goals: Run a 5K on Thanksgiving Day 2012. Lose 100 pounds to reach a healthy BMI by my 30th birthday.
My Program:
EAT: Whole foods, six vegetables a day, staying within the SparkPeople calorie range. MOVE: Walk the dog in the morning, Treadmill Cardio Intervals, Strength Training, and the occasional bonus elliptical session or Zumba class. BE HAPPY: Participate on SparkTeams and Journal, Journal, Journal.
