Improving my life one pound at a time
Due to bad knee surgery and infection, I am now in a wheel chair. I have thyroid problems, congestive heart failure, high blood pressure and arthritis really bad. I am having trouble getting my motivation up to lose weight. But I am still very blessed. My husband is a Preacher and we have been married 40 years. We have 2 children and 5 grandchildren. My daughter, Fairetopia is a member of SparkPeople. She is the reason I am a member. Thanks Fairethopia/Vicki...I love you!

My goal is to lose 150 lbs and even tho the Doctors say I will never walk again, I am holding on to my faith! BY HIS STRIPES I AM HEALED!
My Program:
I am using the points system of Weight Watchers....I am not a member of WW but I purchased the books from ebay and am following the points guideline.
