My name is Ginny and I joined SparkPeople in January 2010.

I've joined the Fall 5% Challenge Commitment!! I will walk 4 times a week for 20 minutes, ride my exercise bike and I will track my food daily to keep within my calorie range. I will support my team by checking in daily.

I want to look healthy and confident. I want to feel energetic! The things I will be able to do in the future with a slimmer healthier body? Swim, walk a 5K, bicycle with my grandkids.

We will land this plane in 6,496 miles.
If we exercise 3,248 minutes today, we will be halfway there.
That's the same as 40 of us exercising approximately 82 minutes or 1:22.

So get your walking shoes, and let's get a-moving to Egypt.

All right team, we got the bonus points last go around emoticon , shall we strive for a 2nd? emoticon emoticon

We are headed to Alie's neck of the woods... Let's do our challenge leader proud and get there as early as possible emoticon . Let's get our exercising in this weekend and post our results on the challenge thread each day (preferably). emoticon

So as you know, it's 6,687 to get to the Everglades. Divide that in 2 for Saturday & Sunday and we need 3,343.5 minutes per day to land before Monday. Divide that by 40 of us and that means we need approximately 1:24 or 84 minutes of exercise per person per day.

The hard part for me is tracking. I'm out of town, so it's time to estimate. Let's do our best to track!!! You have to track every meal to get the 10 points. emoticon So let's do our very best!!!!

This is the break down

There are 49 of us on the team... If at least 40 of us can definitely get 1:15 or 75 minutes of exercise in today and tomorrow, we will be in Jerusalem by tomorrow midnight or earrrrrrrrly Monday morning.
