My Goals:
I want to lose weight so i will be healthier and have the energy to keep up with my grand kids.

My Program:
I'm starting with baby steps (one day at a time):
I gave up soft drinks almost a year ago.
I plan on using a journal to keep me honest with myself.
I'm eating a small breakfast now (was skipping it).
I'm trying to eat a little something healthy every 3 or so hours so I don't over eat.
