My Goals:
I would like to lose at least 25 lbs. It would greatly help my walking and feeling better. I am 79 years old and in good health except for arthiritis.

Need encouragement

My Program:
I am counting calories like crazxy. Takes a lot of time planning and counting.

I also go to water excercise (sorta areobic) 3 days a week for an hour a session. I really enjoy this.

I live in central Louisiana

I have 3 children, 8 grand children and 13 great grand children.

Don't become discouraged when the weather is nasty , Leta--I have discovered ( wearing my pedometer every day) that you can chalk up lots of steps by mindfully walking in the house. The important thing for our good health and longevity is to keep moving!
