My Goals:
- Feel comfortable with my body, not expecting to be skinny but thinner and healthier

- Feel free to choose clothes because I like them, not because they fit and hide the belly

- Follow the Vegetarian diet I am dreaming of and being able to cook delicious stuff (I stopped eating any meat a year ago but I still eat junk food)

- Exercise a t least 3 days per week

- Look better for my husband..I know he loves me but will he like me if I start bouncing instead of walking?

My Program:
One step at a time...I've tried so many diets that I am thinking of baby steps now.

- Drink 10 glasses of water per day

- Reduce the amount of coke and junk food until it's gone

- Walk 30 minutes for at least 3 times per week (then increase that gradually)

- Eat more fruits and vegetables per day
