Hi, my name is Nane, I'm 25 yo and live in Germany. I have been overweight most of my life though I was a pretty normal looking child. During my teenager years I gained weight and since then it has been a rollercoaster. I have been down to 68 kg before but it was mostly due to starving myself and didn't feel healthy nor right - we all know it: diets don't work! only healthy eating habits and workout will bring you closer to your goal. Today I am better at knowing myself as far as eating habits ...

I have been down to 68 kg before but it was mostly due to starving myself and didn't feel healthy nor right - we all know it: diets don't work! only healthy eating habits and workout will bring you closer to your goal. Today I am better at knowing myself as far as eating habits and past stress eating disorders are concerned. I am on my way to improve handling stressful situations in my life, This time I'm so done with being the fat girl! I want what I really deserve, e.g. the job I'm seeking for after graduating, a caring and loving boyfriend and most of all a great body feeling and staying true to myself. No hiding from cameras anymore!!

fast break GOAL: 9 kg by 12/24/10 (= healthy BMI of 25.0) ----------- long-term goal: 70 kg + no yo-yo dieting! ----------- October 2011: participating at the "Move Your Fit" Convention in Paris with Jessica Mellet (world's greatest and most inspiring Aerobic Instructor!!) http://www.jessicamellet.com therefore I'll be training with her HiLow/Step/Lia-DVDs!
My Program:
strength training: 2x week ----- cardio: 2-3x week ----- healthy eating (low fat until lunch, low carb in the evenings, works for me :-)
