Hi, my name is Nane, I'm 25 yo and live in Germany. I have been overweight most of my life though I was a pretty normal looking child. During my teenager years I gained weight and since then it has been a rollercoaster. I have been down to 68 kg before but it was mostly due to starving myself and didn't feel healthy nor right - we all know it: diets don't work! only healthy eating habits and workout will bring you closer to your goal. This time I'm so done with being the fat girl! I want what I really deserve, e.g. the job I'm seeking for after graduating, a caring and loving boyfriend and most of all a great body feeling and staying true to myself. No hiding from cameras anymore!!

Wo wohnst du denn? Mensch, lustig hier in deutsch zu schreiben :)
Du warst ja schon toll erfolgreich bisher!

Ich bin in Woche 4, und war letzte Woche krank und hab Süßigkeiten gegessen und mich wegen meiner Erkältung bemitleidet... Aber seit heute gehts wieder bergauf :)

Das ist ja toll hier jemanden zu sehen der Deutsch spricht/schreibt... ganz ungewohnt... lol
Danke fuer dein Kommentar! Ich bin jetzt ca seit 1 Monat hier und soweit laeuft es ganz gut. Ich zaehle fleissig meine Kalorien und ersetze Junk Food mit Vollkorn Zeugs und Gemuese usw... In Amerika gibt es leider nicht so viele gesunde Produkte wie in Deutschland :( da musst du richtig suchen...
Naja sonst ist alles ok. Gestern war Thanksgiving, da hat mir einer meiner Kollegen einen Teller in die Arbeit mitgebracht und das hat mich dann rueber katapultiert... Aber sonst bleib ich gut in meiner 1500-1900 am tag range....
Sport... Ich hasse sport... LOL. Ich geh im prinzip bloss 2 stunden am tag mit meinem Hund Gassi, dass ist alles, manchmal Gewichte heben. That's it.
Allerdings ist mein eigentliches Ziel die Ernaehrung wieder richtig hin zu bekommen und aus Faehigkeiten Fertigkeiten zu machen.
Bisher klappt das ganz gut :)
