My Goals:
Pushing on to lose 50 more pounds. Maybe a few more. Get more active on Spark people, andbe more consistent with tracking.


My Program:
Tracking food, and staying 6 of 7 days in my range. One cheat day allowed within limits. Adding interval 2 days week minimum, weights 2 days a week and a long distance walk most days, goal is 4 days a week. Would like to jog a 5 k by Nov. 1 3 days a week. Journaling helps
