get my diabetes under control. I want to ease my overall body aches and pains. I wanna be able to walk on my daughters college campus with her. I wanna be able to eat with out getting sick every time. I want to have some energy so that i don't want to go to my chair, as soon as i get home and sit there till i go to bed
My goals are to drink more water, less sweet tea and soda, expect on special occasions. I need to exercise on a regular basis.
I'm a very picky eater. I do not like eating artificial sweetner. I need help trying to find things to eat on the go.. I'm a mom of 2 teens, I dont want to cook 5 different meals a day. Any and all helpful hints are welcomed!
