Nancy's Beginning

Have been married to my DH for past 49 years. We have 2 children, 4 grandchildren and one Great Grandson. We are from Ohio half the year and Fl. for other months. I love quilting and anything to do with water. I need to surface and quit lurking. Am having a hard time trying to figure out how to post to the boards.

My Goals:
My goal is just to feel better. Recovering from ankle fusion and I know getting rid of some weight will make walking a whole lot better.

My Program:
I am starting over on the program. My norm is to dive in and do everything in the first week, well I never make it. So now I am just taking my time.

Happy Belated Spark Anniversary!
I have been married to my husband for 43 years and we are also snowbirds. We spend half the year in WV and half the year in Florida. Our Florida home is about 50 miles from Pensacola.
