NOW OR NEVER

Hello,
my son accidentally pressed on (delete my page) it was depressing to lose all my points , trophy and my supporting messages from friends ,i was about to be so angry .
but i thought it would be nice if i considered that as a new beginning of a new year . i think its a part of the positive thinking that sparkpeople thought me ,


i was a gymnastic player when i was younger ,so my lifestyle was very controlled by my trainers ( food , weight, ...

my son accidentally pressed on (delete my page) it was depressing to lose all my points , trophy and my supporting messages from friends ,i was about to be so angry .
but i thought it would be nice if i considered that as a new beginning of a new year . i think its a part of the positive thinking that sparkpeople thought me ,


i was a gymnastic player when i was younger ,so my lifestyle was very controlled by my trainers ( food , weight, free time and vacations )
and for sure my weight was ideal for a long time ,

then i was diagnosed with hypothyroid and my weight went crazy .
but i managed to lose about 60 kilos (a whole person )
and then i got Guillain Barre syndrome (acute febrile polyneuritis )
and i was in bed basically immobilized for more than a year and a have and i gained all the weight back
i started over and lost 10 kilos now and im so determined to lose more.despite the hypothyroid.
