I started cooking with the Spark People for myself and my husband the beginning of January. We also joined the gym, and I walk at lunch everyday for about 2miles. We have both lost over 20lbs and pushing for more. We started a weigh lost at work. We weigh in on Fridays. Last weight in is May 18th.

Use Spark People Cookbook all the time.
Bought Nicoles Bootcamp DVD and Cardio Blast. Love them!! Try to go to the gym 3 times a week and walk 2 miles a day at lunch
