not sure what tabatha's is... Oh wait, are you talking about Tabata??? That's basically a workout that is fast intervals of moves with a very short rest periods.. you should google it maybe =] I don't think I could explain it very well! haha

As far as eating, I try to eat very healthy foods! Whole foods in particular. I did a food blog where I tracked what I ate for two whole days and you can check that out if you want! Just go look at my blogs and it should be one of the last 10 or so that I've written =]

I have technically been working out for about a year and a half but have been bodyrocking for 5 months =] Before that I did jillian michaels dvds and random pilates and yoga videos.

I'm glad you're feeling changes going on with your body after bodyrocking for only 3 weeks! That rocks! Keep working on your sisters and maybe eventually they'll do a workout with you and then they'll see how great it is! =] Are you doing just whatever new workouts are posted?

Hello! thanks for the comment. I gained about 2-3 pounds back after doing HCG but did not gain any inches so take it as you will :) Also I did the HCG as more of a cleanse for my system so I only did it for about 10 days

Hey there Nancy! Thanks for the add! I added you back! How are things going on your fitness journey?? When I started out I was just a little heavier than you are now and now I'm at my goal, and then some! =] I see you're part of the bodyrocking team group! That's awesome! I've been bodyrocking since August and have seem such AMAZING results from it, I'm totally hooked on them and their form of HIIT! Life changing! =]

Anyway, how are YOU? Looking forward to learning more and encouraging, motivating, supporting and inspiring one another! =]

So I just took my two rest days lol... I don't know, I've been so busy and just haven't felt like working out. So I'm just going to catch back up this weekend hopefully.. I have been enjoying the work outs though. They make me feel so good!
