I am 50+ and have been on many diets and have lost hundreds of pounds, only to gain them back again and a few more. I have come to realize if I am not on some kind of food tracking program that I am gaining weight. I am the heaviest I have ever been and I don't like it. My Goals:
My goal is to lose 25 pounds by mid-August and to be healthy by eating better.

My Program:
I am tracking my food and fitness every day and becoming conscious of what I eat. I plan my meals which helps me keep within the appropriate ranges.

Personal Information:
I am from Western PA. I am married with two children. My 19 year old son is living in Texas and my 23 year old daughter is completing her 5th year in college.

Thank you for the kind words you wrote about my blog. I still have along way to go but I just keep telling myself that everything I do is a choice....every bite I eat and every step I take.....I decide. You can do it!
