1) Track nutrition every day.
2) Walk 6-9 miles/ week.

3) Weight train 2 X week
4) 8-11 glasses of water daily

Personal Information:
The loves of my life? My husband of 31 years, my two children, aged 26 and 24, and my pets. See my shelties, Jackson and Cara in my profile pic. I also have a calico cat named Quinn and a tiger-striped kitten stray named Tiger!

Hobbies:
Reading, gardening, birding, boating, photography, quilting and recently, knitting.

I got certified as a Texas Master Naturalist in 2008, and love to volunteer with kids in nature settings.
