My Program:
Recording food with the Nurtition Tracker
Drink 8 glasses of water per day
Yoga once a week
Personal Trainer once a week
30 minute walk every work week day with 10 lb. weight belt.
Michelle Obama arm work out twice a week (Wed & Fri)

Other Information:
Hobbies: Reading, movies, knitting
