THE BEST IS YET TO COME

The first 50 years were mine to do as I wished. Now it is time to clean up my act and get real with a healthy lifestyle. I knew that it would catch up with me at some point and it did. In September 2006, I got the news about the trifecta. I was diagnosed with diabetes, high blood pressure and high cholesterol.

Current Status:
NANCY- 's arms are sore from lifting 18 pounds of joy overhead to do razberries on his tummy.

Today let's open our eyes to the beauty surrounding us wherever we live. Take the time to give thanks for all those who sacrificed for us to have the freedoms we have. Try and GIVE a little beauty to each day, also, by your words and behaviors.

Logging food really is a dose of reality and that really is scary sometimes! It makes us face what is. Maybe that's part of the resistance movement going on/???

I track too, and the minute I stop . . . well, let's just say all heck breaks loose. Finally decided it's not worth the risk.
