The Joy of the Lord is my Strength

New year so new text. After the Christmas season has ended and I felt like phillsbury dough boy. I decided to take a look at what I was eating. I have taken flour and sweets from my food plan. I eat veggies, fruit, eggs, fish and occasionlly chicken. The bread I eat is Ezekiel bread. I am feeling more alive and healthy. I sleep better and don't tire easly. I feel I have a new lease on life. By God who gives me strength I will continue on my healthy eating. I look forward to a smaller and ...

So good to have you on "living healthy for Jesus".
