Thanks! I hope you keep going if you get discouraged. I am trying to work through my current frustrations, I certainly hope going to the gym makes a difference and I see it on the scale this week otherwise I might just have a meltdown :)

I honestly don't know how I could stay on track without SparkPeople, I used to be a WeightWatcher but now I am a committed SparkPerson - living healthy and happy .. we are all here for each other aren't we?!
