I need help!

Well I dont know what to say... I have been really bad and I need to get in the swing of things to loose weight and start exercising. To start I will cut my calories and will work up to exercising. I really need someone to motivate me but I dont have anyone. More on the happy side I am a Nana again. My son Mike and his fiance Rachel had a boy in October and Rachel already had a son so I got 2 grandsons at the same time.

UPDATE:
I moved back to NY to be closer to my older boys. I was out of work for 8 weeks and have just gotten a job and now I am back on the wagon. It was really hard to be here and no job. Granted I had a house to unpack and situate and my kids are around every weekend but all I would do is sit around and eat. Not any more. Too much going on with new baby coming, friends daughter getting married and my oldest son getting married in June. So if anyone is around the Port Jervis, Greenville, Middletown NY area please lets get together and be Sparke Buddies. I can always use the support.



Hi, my name is Vicki and I am 38 this year. I have always been a big girl. My mother always told me not to worry you are just big boned. Well, that worked until High School and then I had kids and was never, never small. The begining of 2008 I was over 200 lbs. I use to walk alot for my job in NY, then moved to FL and sit all day long so I put more weight on. I have done many crash diets but then put more weight on then I lost.For my sons wedding I put myself on a diet and tried to exercise. I lost about 19 pounds total. Needless to say I have put some of the weight back on and WANT to loose some more. I would love to be the weight I was before my first son 21 years ago. My plan is to be that weight by April then I will work on getting to the target wieght of 133.
I now have a step grandson and a 6 month old granddaughter so I want to be around to watch them grow up ( as much as I can from FL).

Personal Information:
I am 38 this year. I live in Greenville, NY.My youngest son Dylan who is 17. My two other boys, Mike is 22, got engaged and she has a 2 year old son and a new son born in October. Jonathon is 20. He got married in August of 2008, he and his wife Shannon have a daughter Riley.
